Job summary

PepsiCo in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking a Machine Operator Production for Gatorade (New) to operate packaging lines, perform changeovers, and assist with basic maintenance. The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases, standing long hours, and weekend/holiday shifts as needed.

You will work on high-speed production lines, ensure product quality, keep downtime records, and support housekeeping and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience on high-speed production lines is preferred.
• Experience with pallets or forklift operation is a plus.
• Experience with packing and filler machines is desirable.
• Experience reading blueprints and using shop floor computers is helpful.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP) and sanitization is required.
• Basic mechanical repair skills and preventive maintenance experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line(s) to ensure efficiency.
• Move materials and finished products to facilitate proper flow.
• Ensure package and product quality.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Operate all manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean equipment and work area before, during, and after shift.
• Maintain a clean work area with good housekeeping practices.
• Coordinate repairs with maintenance as needed.
• Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure reliable attendance and performance.
