Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC is seeking a sanitation associate to ensure equipment and facilities are clean and compliant with safety and quality standards. The role involves cleaning processing equipment, maintaining sanitation logs, and supporting daily plant operations.

Must be able to work in a team, read procedures, and meet physical requirements in a wet production environment. Forklift certification may be required after training, and exceptional attention to detail is essential for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year experience in production or janitorial work preferred.
• Basic math and chemical safety knowledge preferred.
• Good Manufacturing Practices background preferred.
• Must be able to complete forklift certification.
• Able to read and follow written procedures and chemical instructions.
• Willingness to work off shifts in a wet environment; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Internally cleans and sanitizes processing equipment.
• Externally cleans and sanitizes processing equipment.
• Cleans non-processing equipment.
• Obtains samples for micro-analysis.
• Operates Microblend for morning start-up.
• Maintains sanitation logs and reports.
• Removes trash from areas inside the filling enclosure and plant.
• Other duties as assigned.
