Job summary

Fortune Personnel Consultants - Orlando Office is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a beverage manufacturing plant on the west side of Indianapolis. The role combines electrical and mechanical maintenance leadership, equipment repair, and CMMS-based PM to keep production running smoothly.

You will lead a team of technicians, oversee preventive maintenance, and coordinate with operations to reduce downtime. A strong background in electrical maintenance and supervision is essential; TPM exposure

Qualifications

7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing with leadership responsibilities.
Strong background in electrical maintenance and repair.
Experience supervising technicians.
Experience with CMMS for planning and tracking repairs and PM.
Experience with pumps, valves, tanks and piping is a plus.
Experience with TPM or predictive maintenance helpful but not required.
Degree helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance support for manufacturing operations, including new equipment, existing production equipment, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Lead maintenance and repairs of electrical equipment, including motors, panels, controls, high-voltage equipment also pumps, valves, tanks, piping and plumbing.
Use CMMS / maintenance management to plan and prioritize preventive maintenance and track / prioritize activity.
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment - manage technicians and train maintenance personnel.
