Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a Maintenance Manager at our Orlando facility with a 7:00 AM start. You will lead maintenance leads and technicians, develop TPM strategies, and ensure reliability and cost efficiency across the plant.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in management, hands-on knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, and a strong background in manufacturing operations and safety compliance. This is an on-site, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree highly desired.
• 10+ years in progressively responsible management roles.
• Proven ability to implement long-term maintenance plans improving reliability and cost.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing management principles.
• Working knowledge of safety, food safety, environment and emergency management regulations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year TPM-focused maintenance plans for the site.
• Improve process and operational consistency to reduce costs and raise performance.
• Motivate, direct, coach and develop a diverse, high performing team.
• Lead best practices sharing across the organization and uphold regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to align maintenance with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability targets.
