Job summary

Beverage Manufacturing in the Charlotte area is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a team of technicians and drive plant reliability. You will oversee daily maintenance, coordinate repairs, and push a proactive maintenance culture to reduce downtime and support production goals.

The role requires deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, PLCs, and strong leadership to develop technicians and coordinate with safety and quality teams.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Education beyond high school through college or technical school.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment.
• Strong planning and leadership skills.
• Availability for second shift and extra coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and set priorities for safe, effective work.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Plan maintenance around production schedules.
• Investigate recurring failures and apply root cause analysis.
• Develop technicians through coaching and training.
• Track work orders and maintenance performance.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors with safety procedures.
