Job summary

Union Beverage Packers, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep blow molding and packaging lines running smoothly. You’ll own preventive and corrective maintenance, read schematics, and respond to breakdowns with urgency.

Ideal candidates have experience with Sidel equipment, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work 48+ hours per week in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Industrial maintenance or related mechanical background preferred.
• Experience with Sidel blow molding equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own scheduled/unscheduled maintenance for production equipment and plant machinery.
• Diagnose and repair issues across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to extend asset life.
• Reduce downtime through fast, accurate troubleshooting and repair.
• Support installations, modifications, commissioning, and changeovers.
• Read and apply mechanical drawings, schematics, manuals, and technical references.
