Job summary

PrideStaff, Inc. is recruiting a Packaging Technician for a premier beverage manufacturer. The role supports packaging operations, line coverage, sanitation, keg cleaning, and material handling while upholding safety and quality standards.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preference for experience in manufacturing, packaging, or food and beverage. Training in PPE, SQF, and GMP is part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, or food and beverage production preferred.
• Commitment to food safety, GMP, SQF guidelines, and PPE.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus; training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging line operations including setup and changeovers.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure safety and quality.
• Fill, clean, and sanitize kegs; assist with material handling.
• Participate in housekeeping and facility sanitation programs under SQF, GMP, and allergen control.
• Cross-train and develop skills for advanced packaging responsibilities.
• Perform physical duties; lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
