This entry-level role supports packaging operations through product inspection, line coverage, sanitation activities, keg cleaning, and material handling while upholding safety, food safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities include line setup and changeovers, visual inspections for safety and quality, keg filling and sanitation, and supporting housekeeping under SQF, GMP, and allergen

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, or food and beverage production is preferred.
• Commitment to food safety, GMP compliance, SQF guidelines, and PPE requirements.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus; willingness to undergo material handling equipment training is required.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging line operations including line setup, startup, shutdown, cleaning, case flavor mixing, and product changeovers.
• Conduct continuous visual inspections of beverages and packaging to ensure products meet strict safety, quality, and appearance specifications.
• Fill, clean, and sanitize kegs and assist with general material handling across assigned stations.
• Support general housekeeping, and facility sanitation programs under SQF, GMP, and allergen control guidelines.
• Participate in cross-training, skill development, and operational learning to prepare for advanced packaging and equipment responsibilities.
• Safely perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly, and up to 100 lbs. occasionally with assistance.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour
Schedule: Day Shift | 4:00PM-2:30AM

Our client, a premier beverage manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Technician . This foundational role supports packaging operations through product inspection, production line coverage, sanitation activities, keg cleaning, and material handling while strictly adhering to safety, food safety, and quality standards.

What You Will Do

Support packaging line operations including line setup, startup, shutdown, cleaning, case flavor mixing, and product changeovers.
