Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group is seeking a Packaging Equipment Specialist to install, set up, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair canning and bottling equipment for safe, efficient production. You will perform changeovers, diagnose mechanical/electrical issues, and train colleagues on case packers and multipackers in a 24/7 beverage plant.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical certificate in industrial maintenance or related field; 2+ years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certificate in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electrical systems, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of industrial maintenance or packaging-equipment experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Changeovers, troubleshooting, rebuilds, and training for case packers and multipackers.
• Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical systems and equipment (motors, sensors, VFDs, servos).
• Troubleshoot pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems in a beverage plant.
• Calibrate process-monitoring sensors and equipment; maintain documentation.
• Support a 24/7 operation with flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends.
• Train team members and ensure GMP and food safety compliance.
