You will collaborate across R&D, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver packaging solutions that meet branding and sustainability goals while improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of packaging design and development experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software and packaging design principles.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive packaging engineering projects and finished goods setup to completion.
• Design, develop, and validate new packaging systems for products.
• Maintain knowledge of packaging equipment and materials to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct setup, inspection, and validation for release processes.
• Drive innovation in packaging materials and processes for cost and sustainability.
• Collaborate with product development, R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and suppliers.
