Legends Global is seeking a Beverage Supervisor for the FirstBank Amphitheater in Franklin, TN. Qualifications

• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Food & Beverage and/or Restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department.
• Conduct monthly inventory to insure alcoholic beverages are accounted for.
• Coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment.
