Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to oversee all activities of the beverage department. The role includes managing inventory, coordinating beverage movement, and training staff on beverage laws and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food & Beverage and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department.
• Conduct monthly inventory to ensure all alcoholic beverages are accounted for.
• Train staff on state and local beverage laws and regulations.
