Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of the beverage department.
• Conduct monthly inventory of alcoholic beverages.
• Coordinate movement of beverages and equipment for events.
• Responsible for operational and financial performance of the beverage outlet.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits.
• Coordinate beverage orders with Purchasing Manager.
• Develop and oversee drink menus.
• Monitor inventory and pricing for bar menus.
• Provide beverage training to the F&B team.
• Train staff on state/local beverage laws and regulations.
• Ensure a safe environment for customers and employees.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
