Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations of beverage service areas and guide bartenders and bar backs. You will ensure compliance with tribal, federal and casino policies, supervise scheduling, training and performance reviews, and work with the Beverage Manager to improve guest satisfaction and beverage revenue.

Responsibilities include behind-the-bar leadership, interview and hire staff, monitor inventory, and enforce health and safety

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must obtain and maintain a current Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission certification (TABC).
• Strong communication skills in English both written and oral; Spanish or other language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of beverage service areas and staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and gaming regulations.
• Hire, train, coach and evaluate beverage team members.
• Develop strategies to enhance revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor staffing, schedules and inventory to control costs.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards.
