Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel in Eagle Pass, Texas, is seeking a Beverage Station Attendant to assist servers and guests with fast, courteous beverage service. You will help keep the beverage station stocked and tidy while following health, sanitation and brand standards.

This role reports to the Beverage Supervisor and requires adherence to tribal, federal gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in beverage service is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow health regulations and brand standards.

Job Summary

Assist servers and guests in providing fast and courteous service of beverages to guests by performing miscellaneous tasks such as tend beverage station areas ensuring a high level of quality and consistency. You will be responsible for adhering to all health, sanitation, and cleanliness standards that meet state and local Health Board inspection, and brand standard requirements.

Beverage Supervisor

Essential Functions

• Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations

and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.

• Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding

to guest and team member concerns and questions.

• Assist in the service of beverages in accordance with the established standards
• Maintain the orderly upkeep of the beverage station area
• Clean and/or wipe down beverage station
• Stock beverage service station with napkins, cups, condiments, etc.
• Fill coffee cups and soda cups, and other condiments
• Prepare and/or transport beverage items and associated supplies, equipment, and materials to

and from the beverage station areas.

• Monitor area to ensure adequate supplies of beverage, napkins, condiments, etc. to serve all

guests; replenish beverage station items and areas as necessary.

• Order beverage station inventory through beverage inventory clerk
• Maintain a clean, neat, and well-organized work area, which may include but is not limited to

filters, carts, sinks, refrigerator/freezers, service areas, walls, floors, and counters. Empty trash receptacles and clear tables as required.

• Deep clean and sanitize soda machine, knobs, and coffee machine
• Check the working condition of equipment and machinery in accordance with specifications.

Report to supervisor all unsafe or malfunctioning equipment, safety hazards, or any other maintenance and repair needs.
