This role involves managing daily operations at the home property while conducting audits and training programs across the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in beverage operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to travel frequently. The position offers a full-time contract with on-site work requirements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of beverage or bar operations leadership experience.
• Background in sports bars is preferred.
• Ability to travel within the vertical as required (up to 60% travel).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as active Operations Manager at the designated location.
• Ensure beverage program integrity and operational excellence.
• Train staff and develop onboarding curriculum.
• Conduct routine beverage audits across properties.
