Job summary

The Post Oak in Galveston, TX, is seeking a Beverage Manager to oversee daily beverage operations across our restaurants, bars, and lounges. You will lead a motivated team, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least two years in a managerial capacity in food and beverage, strong inventory and cost controls, and excellent communication. Casino familiarity is a plus, and we offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with casino operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of bartenders, and support staff, and Supervisors to ensure a high standard of service
• Oversee the management of day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
