Job summary

Waynesborough Country Club seeks an energetic Beverage Manager to lead club-wide beverage operations, elevate service standards, and train bartending staff across à la carte bars, seasonal outlets, and banquets. You will forecast staffing, par levels, and inventory while maintaining impeccable bar spaces.

You will partner with F&B leadership to refresh menus, manage costs, and ensure compliance with safety standards. A strong focus on member engagement and peak-event execution is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive hospitality leadership in high-volume private clubs or luxury venues.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wine service, craft beer systems, and mixology.
• Experience with inventory management, par levels, and cost control.
• Proficiency with Jonas Club Software is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead bartenders and beverage staff training and mentorship.
• Draft and enforce opening, mid-shift, closing checklists across all bar outlets.
• Maintain an on-floor leadership presence during peak periods and major events.
• Forecast beverage volume and manage par levels for banquets and high-volume nights.
• Oversee inventory audits, purchasing, waste reduction strategies, and spillage tracking.
• Ensure Jonas POS system accuracy and smooth post-event billing.
