Saint Joseph’s College of Maine in Standish, ME, seeks an Operations and Beverage Coordinator to support the Events & Conferences Department, coordinating a comprehensive beverage program and bar services for all events on campus and related programs.

The role requires leadership in beverage operations, menu development, vendor relations, and client communication to ensure exceptional service and hospitality at every function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or combination of High school/GED and 3–5 years administrative experience within a customer-service environment
• Proven experience as a Beverage Manager or similar role within the foodservice industry
• Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certification required
• Must have a valid driver’s license, complete a driver training program and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Responsabilités

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive beverage program and menus for events
• Overseeing bar operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely service
• Coordinating event bar staff, trainings, and scheduling
• Managing invoices, contracts, and billing for on-campus events
• Collaborating with vendors, clients, and internal partners to deliver events
