Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or combination of High school/GED and 3–5 years administrative experience within a customer-service environment
• Proven experience as a Beverage Manager or similar role within the foodservice industry
• Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certification required
• Must have a valid driver’s license, complete a driver training program and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive beverage program and menus for events
• Overseeing bar operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely service
• Coordinating event bar staff, trainings, and scheduling
• Managing invoices, contracts, and billing for on-campus events
• Collaborating with vendors, clients, and internal partners to deliver events
