Job summary

ilani in Ridgefield, WA seeks an experienced Casino Mixer to provide bar service to the casino floor beverage servers, and to prepare drinks as ordered in the POS system.

You will manage all drink orders for servers, maintain bar cleanliness, follow Washington State sanitation practices, run glassware, replenish supplies, and ensure responsible service (MAST/TIPS). This role requires standing for long shifts, working in a smoking environment, and flexibility to cover any shift.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years.
• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
• MAST and Food Handling certification required.
• Bar Smarts online class completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all drinks as ordered.
• Manage all drink orders for all servers; no drinks pass the bar without a ticket.
• Manage service and speed of drink delivery to ensure expedited service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar.
• Follow Washington State sanitation practices.
• Run glassware through washer as needed.
• Replenish Bar and supporting equipment (printers) as needed.
• Practice responsible Alcohol Service, MAST and TIPS Compliant.
• Manage Inventory and assets of the Bar.
