Job summary

WP Beverages is seeking a team member for our East Madison, WI area to professionally implement Pepsi Cola's marketing strategies and maintain optimal stock across accounts. You will ensure shelves, coolers, and displays are well stocked and promoted, while collaborating with the account team to maximize opportunities and minimize waste.

The role requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, and a valid driver's license, with the ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must speak, read and write in English.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed.
• Must have a valid state Driver's License and maintain personal auto insurance.
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and pull loads up to 220 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute Pepsi Cola's marketing strategies for assigned accounts and ensure proper service levels.
• Maintain stock levels of shelves, coolers, displays, back rooms, and point-of-purchase areas.
• Aggressively pursue additional shelf, display, and cooler space.
• Collaborate with the account team to minimize out-of-date product and damages.
• Work with teammates to identify opportunities and solve issues.
• Support profitable growth through distribution of beverages and customer-focused programs.
