Job summary

WP Beverages, a leading distributor of Pepsi and other iconic brands, seeks a team member to professionally execute marketing strategies while maintaining stock levels and optimizing shelf space in Green Bay, WI.

The role focuses on efficient distribution, customer service, and proactive collaboration with the account team to drive profitable growth. Shift is 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. with a pay range of $22.30/hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and fluency in English.
• Strong attention to detail with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Valid state Driver's License and personal auto insurance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds repetitively and pull up to 220 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• English reading, writing and speaking at required level.

Responsibilities

• Execute Pepsi Cola's marketing strategies while ordering and maintaining service levels within assigned accounts.
• Maintain stock levels of shelves, coolers, displays, back rooms and POS areas.
• Aggressively pursue incremental shelf, display and cooler space.
• Minimize out-of-date product and damage within accounts.
• Work with the account team to recognize opportunities and resolve issues.
• Drive profitable growth through beverages, service and marketing programs.
