Job summary

Wis-Pak/WP Beverage is seeking a team member in Madison, WI to execute marketing strategies and maintain stock across accounts. You will handle shelves, displays, and point-of-purchase areas while pursuing additional space and ensuring product freshness.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong organizational and customer service skills, and is able to lift 50 pounds and work weekends when needed. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule including weekends when needed.
• Valid state Driver's License and personal auto insurance.
• Strong organization, communication and customer service; professional appearance.
• Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and pull weights up to 220 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute Pepsi Cola's marketing strategies while managing stock levels in accounts.
• Maintain shelf, cooler, displays, back rooms and POS areas.
• Aggressively pursue additional shelf, display and cooler space.
• Work with the account team to minimize out-of-date product and damage.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
• Focus on profitable growth through distribution and quality customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

About the Role

• Professionally execute Pepsi Cola's marketing strategies while ordering and maintaining proper service levels within assigned accounts
• Focus on safely, effectively and efficiently maintaining the stock levels of the shelf, cooler, displays, back rooms and point of purchase areas
• Aggressively pursue incremental shelf, display and cooler space
• Responsible for working with all team members to minimize out of date product and damage within assigned accounts
• Works as part of the "account team", proactively communicating with other team members to recognize opportunities and resolve issues
• Focused on profitable growth through the sale and efficient distribution of our refreshing beverages, superior customer service and innovative customer focused marketing programs
• Additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
