Job summary

Kristen Distributing Company is seeking a Merchandiser based in Temple, TX. You will stock shelves daily, restock and build displays, and place point-of-sale materials to boost brand awareness. You will service Temple, Killeen, Waco, and Belton with weekend rotations.

Responsibilities include organizing deliveries, ensuring accurate pricing, maintaining a clean vehicle, and collaborating with the account manager to satisfy accounts. Previous merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory management and product placement.
• Excellent communication with account managers, supervisors, and retail staff.
• Physical fitness to lift, move and stock merchandise.
• Attention to detail for pricing and placement.
• Dependable with regular work schedule and punctuality.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of beverage industry and POS materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize deliveries in back-stock areas of each account.
• Stock shelves, coolers and displays with precision.
• Ensure accurate pricing with shelf tags.
• Relay account activity to the account manager or supervisor.
• Maintain current temporary point-of-sale materials in accounts.
• Identify and remove damaged or expired products and notify manager.
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Foster positive customer relations and friendly demeanor.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre/post-shift inspections.
• Collaborate with account manager to satisfy each account.
