You will monitor stock levels, place orders, and collaborate with store managers to maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication, organization, and a commitment to service excellence. Evening and weekend flexibility may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales, preferably in beverage distribution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inventory checks at assigned accounts to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Promptly address and resolve customer concerns with integrity and professionalism.
• Ensure proper product rotation to maintain freshness and standards.
• Restock shelves in accounts to ensure product availability and presentation.
• Place orders for products required at each assigned account.
• Maintain clear communication with retail account owners, managers, and employees.
• Support product marketing by setting up Point of Sale materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and operate your vehicle responsibly.
• Keep your personal vehicle clean, insured, and in safe operating condition for use during account visits.
• Confirm your vehicle is in safe working order before each shift.
• Manage damaged products by exchanging or repackaging at retail accounts.
• Deliver hot shots to accounts as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned, showing flexibility and teamwork.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
