Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure beverage availability, visibility, and promotions across our retail territory. You will stock shelves, build displays, and maintain product levels, collaborating with store personnel to maximize merchandising opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40–55 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, and push/pull loads.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability in retail stores.
• Maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment.
• Implement promotional activities and set up promotional displays and signage to drive sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to drive collaboration.
