Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Tampa seeks a Merchandiser to creatively showcase our brands by building displays, stocking shelves, and managing product placement. A car is required to reach customer locations, and you will operate in a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturday work.

You’ll gain beer, wine, and spirits knowledge through hands-on experience, develop rapport with key accounts, and support store resets during remodels and seasonal changes.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to work occasional weekends.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise daily in new and existing accounts, stocking shelves, building displays, and managing POS materials.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and communicate opportunities to sales teams.
• Learn beer, wine, and spirits knowledge to better serve customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol responsibly and conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
