Job summary

Manhatta, perched sixty stories above Lower Manhattan, is seeking a Beverage Apprentice to support the Beverage Director and teams in cellar logistics and inventory management. The role requires exceptional organization, proactive problem-solving, and precise record-keeping to ensure a flawless beverage program for restaurant and events.

You will collaborate with beverage leadership, maintain wine rooms and storage areas, and assist in purchasing, forecasting, and inventory reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Craftable/Beveger/Foodager and inventory systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Interest in Food, Wine & Spirits.

Responsibilities

• Support beverage logistics and inventory management.
• Maintain storage areas and organize wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic products.
• Assist in monthly beverage inventories and reconcile variances.
• Collaborate with Beverage Directors and Restaurant Management to execute operations.
