Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Illinois is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to generate new and repeat sales by providing product information and outstanding service. The role offers competitive hourly wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will cross-sell, upsell and promote promotional items, process transactions, educate customers about products, and maintain electronic files. A HS diploma (GED acceptable) and 0–2 years of beverage sales experience are required; a bachelor’s degree

• High School Diploma or GED required; 0–2 years of related experience preferred.

• Increase sales and average order size by cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and promotional items

• Process customer transactions such as service requests, orders, or returns
• Educate customers about products to improve product-related sales and customer satisfaction
• Set up and maintain electronic customer files
• Other duties as assigned

• Setup and maintain electronic customer files

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 0 to 2 years of related experience

• Bachelor's Degree, or 1 year of sales work experience, or 6 months of previous beverage sales experience
