Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience
• Experience in beer/non-alcoholic beverage categories preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to build client relationships and manage teams

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plans with suppliers and drive brand objectives
• Analyze data to boost sales team and retailer performance
• Coordinate focus plans with suppliers and sales teams
• Support category management with brand objectives during resets
• Participate in meetings, events and training for brand management
• Act as liaison between retailers, field sales and leadership for market intel
• Foster teamwork with coworkers and stakeholders
• Forecast inventory and manage related budgets
• Lead MVP market surveys per company standards
• Maintain knowledge of beer and non-alcoholic beverage markets
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and company policies
• Recruit, train and evaluate staff
