Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast in Waterford, CT is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to act as the primary contact for large store accounts. You will build customer relationships, place product orders, and regularly stock shelves and coolers while maintaining rotation standards.

The role is hybrid, with lifting requirements up to 40 pounds and a focus on maintaining displays and inventory across assigned accounts. Prior sales experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 40 pounds and maneuver supplies.

Responsibilities

• Educate and excite customers about our leading beverage portfolio.
• Sell incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs where applicable.
• Maintain inventory levels, assets, signage and displays.
• Ensure each account meets merchandising standards and transmit replenishment orders.
• Communicate account activities to business partners.
