Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchan­diser in Culver City, CA to creatively showcase brands by building displays, managing inventory, and optimizing product placement at customer locations.

You will drive sales through hands-on merchandising, learn beer, wine, and spirits knowledge, and represent Breakthru with a focus on safety and professionalism. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate high levels of professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to work occasional weekends.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking and rotating shelves; building displays; POS material management; store resets for remodels or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities; identify brand/category opportunities and expand shelf/cold box facings; communicate out of stock or new item opportunities.
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products responsibly and conduct safe, responsible interactions with the public.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
