Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser in Milwaukee to creatively showcase brands through displays, inventory control, and strategic product placement. A car is required to visit customer locations, and the role offers a dynamic, family-based culture with room to grow in sales.

The position includes competitive hourly pay with OT potential, plus a $200/month car allowance, a $300/month gas card, and a $500 sign-on bonus. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to work occasional weekends.
• Able to lift 45-65 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: Stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building displays.
• POS material management.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Build rapport with key account relationships and share feedback with sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings.
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities.
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol product responsibly and interact safely with the public.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
