Job summary

RSI Texas, LLC is seeking Refrigeration Service Technicians in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to repair, maintain, install and refurbish commercial beverage equipment such as coffee and espresso machines. A company van, stocked toolkit, dispatch system and mobile device are provided to support field work.

Qualifications

• EPA certification is required.
• Experience servicing Beverage & Espresso equipment is required.
• Must be registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration (TDLR).
• Industry certifications such as CFESA, NATE, and FACTORY are preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screening.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install or refurbish equipment according to an established service schedule and company standards.
• Document legibly and accurately all work completed and submit orders to office personnel.
• Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent service and company image.
• Train new employees on all aspects of the Field Service Technician position.
• Develop and implement quality control training for Field Service Technician employees.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
