Job summary

Royal Gourmet House Inc. seeks a skilled Beverage Service Technician to provide repair, maintenance, and installation for coffee, cappuccino, and slushie machines.

Join our well-established distribution team delivering excellence for 20 years. You will diagnose, repair, and service equipment, train customers, and maintain detailed service logs while working Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical/electrical beverage equipment service experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service; high accountability.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Willingness to train customers and maintain service records.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install beverage equipment; complete service reports promptly.
• Resolve customer issues quickly; follow up to ensure satisfaction; train customers.
• Maintain tools, parts, and equipment on the service vehicle; order parts as needed.
• Collaborate with Field Service Manager to onboard and train new technicians.
• Teach customers how to operate equipment; maintain accurate records.
