Job summary

PriorityOne Group is hiring a Commercial Equipment Technician for beverage and espresso machines in Albuquerque, NM. You will repair, install and refurbish equipment on a scheduled basis and document work on an iPad.

The role offers a company vehicle, uniforms and a paid on-call portal-to-portal system. Preferred candidates have CFESA or journeyman certifications and a minimum of 3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver license and driving record aligning with safety standards.
• Prefer CFESA certifications or journeyman licenses or manufacturer/service training certificates.
• At least 3 years of related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and regulations; effectively present information.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, install or refurbish equipment according to a service schedule and standards.
• Document all work legibly and submit orders per policy.
• Keep management informed for timely scheduling of work.
• Maintain a clean service vehicle and log vehicle maintenance.
• Keep parts and tools stocked and manage inventory.
• Build and maintain customer relations and service quality.
• Train new employees and contribute to quality control training.
