Job Summary:

Join our established coffee and frozen beverage distribution company, serving customers for over 20 years. We seek a skilled Beverage Service Technician to perform repair, maintenance, and installation of coffee, cappuccino, and slushie machines. If you excel in customer service and have a technical background, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose, repair, and install beverage equipment; complete service reports promptly.
2. Resolve customer issues quickly, follow up for satisfaction, and train customers on equipment use and maintenance.
3. Maintain and organize tools, parts, and equipment; order parts as needed.
4. Collaborate with the Field Service Manager to onboard and train new technicians.
5. Educate customers on equipment operation.
6. Keep accurate records of service activities.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience, preferably in beverage equipment, HVAC, or refrigeration.
2. Proficiency with hand and power tools; strong troubleshooting skills.
3. Excellent communication, work ethic, and customer service skills.
4. Valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
