Beverage Town in South Bend, Indiana is seeking a Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial beverage equipment, including coffee, juice, tea and espresso machines. You will work in the field, independently managing service calls and communicating with customers and dispatch.

Commercial Beverage Equipment Service Technician

South Bend, IN

Beverage Town is seeking a Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial beverage equipment, primarily coffee, juice, tea and espresso machines.

This is a field service position requiring a technician who is comfortable working independently, troubleshooting equipment and completing repairs with minimal supervision.

Mechanical experience is required, but beverage equipment experience is not. Experience in appliance repair, automotive, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/R or another mechanical field may be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair and maintain commercial beverage equipment
• Independently manage assigned service calls
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Communicate with customers and dispatch
• Document completed work using a company-provided tablet
