Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Beverage Equipment Delivery Specialist to join our team.

Beverage Equipment Delivery Specialist Role Overview

Safely, effectively, and efficiently provide delivery, removal, and movement of all company coolers and vending assets within an assigned territory. Ensure the accuracy of all signed agreements with customers before equipment removal or installation, and safely install assets at customer locations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to internal and external customers, greeting, validating requests, placing, testing, and educating customers about equipment.
  • Operate a handheld computer (HHC) daily to accurately manage equipment impacting capital.
  • Process agreements and paperwork in line with SOPs.
  • Pre-call customers to confirm delivery and pickup schedules.
  • Drive a Class B commercial vehicle safely and courteously, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and compliance with company driving standards.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for scheduling and customer interaction.
  • Ability to maintain work logs, manifests, contracts, DOT logs, etc.
  • Ability to travel daily; overnight travel may be required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn basic programming for vending systems.
  • Flexible working hours to complete tasks.
  • CDL Class B license preferred; if not held, ability to obtain permit within specified timelines.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Computer skills and ability to learn HHC systems.
  • Enjoy working outdoors and being a team player.
