Infor is hiring a Beverage Cocktail Server at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, California. This role includes providing exceptional beverage service to guests and maintaining a clean and stocked service area.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and be flexible to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. Certification in LEAD and TIPS is required, along with the ability to obtain a Class 'A' gaming license.
The Beverage Cocktail Server will provide Beverage service to guests in accordance with Pechanga Resort Casino (PRC) standards.
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort Casino.
The Beverage Cocktail Server does not have supervisory responsibilities. The Team Member is responsible for protecting the assets of PRC.
Education / Experience / Training: A High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required to successfully perform this job.
This position requires the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. This position also requires the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Furthermore, this position also requires the ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or Team Members of the organization.
This position requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. This position also requires the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
This position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. This position also requires the ability to work with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
