Infor is looking for a Beverage Supervisor in Temecula, California, to supervise daily operations of all Beverage service areas and Team Members. The role requires ensuring Four Diamond guest service standards and adherence to PRC policies.
You will be responsible for selecting and evaluating Team Members, maintaining service levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation procedures. A High School diploma and at least two years of relevant experience are required.
The Beverage Supervisor supervises the daily operation of all Beverage service areas and Team Members. Responsible for ensuring Four Diamond guest service in accordance with departmental service standards and for enforcing Pechanga Resort Casino (PRC) policies and procedures at all times.
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by PRC.
The Beverage Supervisor has supervisory responsibilities including departmental corrective action and Team Member relation issues. The Team Member is responsible for protecting the assets of PRC.
A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least two (2) years’ relative experience, six (6) months in a supervisory capacity required to successfully perform this job.
This position requires the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. It also requires the ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and to speak effectively before groups of guests or Team Members of the organization.
This position requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. It also requires the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
This position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. It also requires the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
