This is an excellent opportunity for a new or experienced technician to provide preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations for customers. Our Beverage & Chemical Department supplies beverage, cleaning, and sanitation products and services, ensuring our clients achieve consistent, high-quality results. Territory Coverage: This position generally covers the southeastern quarter of North Dakota (Jamestown area south to SD and west to MN), with possible coverage of some NE South Dakota regions. Ideally, candidates would reside within the territory, preferably in the Valley City area, but we are open to other locations. Occasional overnight stays may be required to service customers effectively.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating and performing scheduled installations, preventative maintenance, and service according to CWD standards.
• Building relationships with existing customer accounts to grow sales.
• Providing additional technical support to District Sales and Regional Managers as needed.
• Maintaining a quality maintenance schedule within the territory and logging all activities for quality assurance.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong mechanical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks professionally and efficiently.
• Ability to discuss upgrade opportunities with customers (soft sales).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to sit for long periods during travel to work locations.
• Capability to lift up to 80 pounds during maintenance or installations.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, and kneeling regularly during maintenance or installations.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for maintenance or installation tasks.
• Fine motor skills for manipulating hand tools.
