Job summary

Cash-Wa Distributing in the Midwest is seeking a field technician to service a growing customer base across Nebraska and Kansas. You will train and support clients with maintenance and installations while building strong relationships with existing accounts.

Expected earnings are $48,000–$51,000 per year, with benefits starting after periods of employment. The role emphasizes mechanical skills, reliable travel, and soft selling to upgrade opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED is required.
• Driver's license with safe driving history is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform schedule installations, preventative maintenance and service according to CWD standards.
• Build relationships with existing customer accounts to grow sales.
• Provide additional technical support to District Sales and Regional managers as needed.
• Maintain quality maintenance schedule within the territory and log activities for QA purposes.
