Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

1. Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe policies.
2. Take guest orders, serve drinks, collect payments courteously, and adhere to cash handling procedures.
3. Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a clean, organized bar area.
4. Follow beverage control and regulatory policies.
5. Support responsible gaming and alcohol service by reporting concerns.
6. Promote positive relations with guests and team members.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 6 months to 1 year of food or beverage serving experience preferred, especially in high-volume settings.

Additional Requirements

• Casino experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to wear at least 1-inch heels for females during shifts.

Work Environment

• Exposure to casino-related factors such as second-hand smoke and noise.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively in English.
• The environment is fast-paced, often crowded, and noisy.

Preference is given to Native Americans, especially Seminole Tribe members. Final candidates will need to pass a background check and obtain gaming licensure.
