Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Assistant Beverage Manager, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages ensuring a positive guest experience.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe policies.
2. Take guest orders, serve drinks, and handle payments courteously and efficiently, adhering to cash procedures.
3. Ensure guest satisfaction in all assigned areas.
4. Follow state liquor laws and TIPS guidelines.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
6. Follow beverage control procedures.
7. Adhere to all policies and procedures.
8. Promote responsible gaming and alcohol service, notifying managers of concerns.
9. Uphold the company's values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
10. Discreetly notify managers or Ethics Hotline of any illegal acts or ethics violations.
11. Foster positive relations with guests and team members.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of food or beverage serving experience, preferably in high-volume settings, or equivalent education and experience.

Additional Requirements:

• Casino experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to wear a minimum of 1-inch heels for the entire shift (Females Only).

Work Environment:

• Exposure to casino-related factors such as secondhand smoke and noise.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively in English.
• Fast-paced, crowded, and noisy environment.

Closing:
