Job summary

Founders Group MCC is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage attendant at Burning Ridge in Conway, SC to serve guests and support golf operations. You will operate the register, manage bottles and supplies, and help with light cooking and prep as needed.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, the ability to stand during shifts, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Experience in golf F&B is preferred; location is on-site and payments are hourly.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $7.25 - $9.00 Hourly

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverages to guests in an efficient, timely, and professional manner.
• Operate a cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Organize and account for products and supplies.
• Operate a beverage cart when needed and keep it properly stocked.
• Complete all required opening and closing procedures.
• Accountable for daily cash bank.
• Rotates all perishable products and discards all expired products.
• Keeps snack bar area clean and orderly throughout the day.
• Removes all trash inside and outside at the end of shift.
• Operates the grill to prepare menu items to serve to guests.
• Secure all keys in proper designated location at the end of shift.
• Ensures all food and beverage products are always kept in quality order.
• Knowledgeable in serving alcoholic beverages in accordance with state law.
• Responsible for cash deposit and correct paperwork accounting at end of shift.
• Assist golfers with all food and beverage needs in a courteous manner.
• Occasional shifts on beverage cart when needed.
• Promotes a positive relationship with team members in all departments.
• Light cooking and food preparation.

Qualification-Requirements Experience - Education

• Previous food and beverage experience with a golf facility preferred.
