The Preserve at Eisenhower Golf Club in Crownsville, MD is seeking part-time Beverage Cart/Café Attendants to support guest service on busy days and events.

You will take and prepare drinks, serve beverages, handle payments, and maintain clean, safe work areas in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Experience in food service is a plus; a friendly, can-do attitude and reliable schedule are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work at the Café and Beverage Cart according to schedule.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
• Display knowledge of the F&B menu.
• Take and prepare food and drink orders.
• Prepare and serve beverages accurately and timely.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol policies.
• Process cash/credit payments following SOPs.
• Keep workstations sanitized and organized.
• Open and close procedures performed.
• Assist supervisor or manager with duties as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of golf course etiquette.
• Restock coolers and beverage cart throughout the day.

Compensation

This position is per hour plus cash & credit card gratuities.

Job Summary

The Beverage Cart/Café Attendants are integral to the guest experience and provide food and beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. The Beverage Cart/Café Attendants will service beverages at the facility and provide a high-quality service-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Duty will include working both the Café and Beverage cart according to schedule.

Provide prompt and efficient customer service.

Display knowledge of the F&B menu.

Take and prepare food/drink orders.

Prepare and serve beverages in an accurate and timely manner.

Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.

Process all cash/credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures.

Keep workstation(s) sanitized and organized.

Performs opening and closing procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.

Re-stock the coolers and beverage cart throughout the day.
