Mystic Creek Golf Club, located in El Dorado, AR, is seeking a part-time Beverage Cart Attendant for a 6-month seasonal position. Join Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality, to service guests and learn within a fast-paced property organization.

Responsibilities include operating a POS on iPad, handling cash, stocking carts, and ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws while delivering friendly, professional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to meet state age requirements (21 years of age) to serve alcohol.
• Have or can acquire an alcohol serving permit (MAST).
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests.
• Maintains a supply of all products/supplies.
• Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use.
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed.
• Operate iPad (POS) and credit card charges according to procedure.
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them.
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer.
• Must be able to close out money and reports at the end of the shift.
• Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees.
• Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests
• Maintains a supply of all products/supplies
• Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Operate iPad (POS) and credit card charges according to procedure
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them

• Must have math or cash handling skills
• Must be able to close out money and reports at the end of the shift

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Must be able to meet state age requirements (21 years of age) to serve alcohol.
