Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Education/GED required.
• 2–3 years in inspecting/packaging and high-speed manufacturing.
• Able to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more automated palletizer machines on the beverage can line.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity and spoilage targets.
• Identify basic mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Communicate production information between shifts and management.
• Train and coach new palletizer operators as needed.
• Complete documentation and quality checks as required.
