Job summary

Crown Cork USA, Inc. is seeking a Palletizer Operator at our Bradley, IL facility. You will work under supervision to operate palletizing equipment, ensure quality checks, and assist with labeling and packaging processes in a fast-paced beverage can line.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years in high-speed packaging, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends. OSHA training and AS400 knowledge are pluses. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

North St.Bradley, IL.The Palletizer Operator works closely with Supervision and Quality to ensure optimum levels in Quality Inspections, Package identification, and Final packaging.**Duties And Responsibilities:*** Reporting directly to the Production Supervisor, the palletizer operator responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:* Understand and follow verbal instructions to completion of assigned tasks.* Responsibility of maintaining the palletizer operation of the beverage can package process with a focus on optimizing Safety, Quality, Productivity and Spoilage.* Responsible for the operations of one or more automated machines or equipment for the production of aluminum beverage cans.* Ability to safely operate, identify basic mechanical problems, and the maintaining of process equipment.* Communicates all pertinent information between management, co-workers, and between shifts on changes to equipment, production problems or any other related information.* Assists and trains and/or coaching of all new palletizer operators as needed or required.
